You will be guided through a nourishing yoga and wellbeing practice designed to support you to banish those long night blues and to prime your body for winter health. This nourishing sequence is designed to support the lymphatic system and to bring some quiet and stillness to your being. We will practice heating inversions and warming backbends along with adapting classical postures to fit with this time of year.
The practice will end with a beautiful guided relaxation designed to support you to soften, surrender and enjoy a more deep restful sleep.
