What a year 2020 was! Love Topsham's plans of Spring Forward Saturday and picnics in the park were scuppered by a global pandemic ... but we didn't let that stop us bringing fun, shopping opportunities, community events and music to the streets while we queued safely to shop. Congratulations to everyone making Topsham sparkle by entering our Decorated Homes competition. Thank you so much.
