Tuesdays 6pm Strong Yoga Flow (60 mins)
A vinyasa practice for those that have been practising Yoga for some time. Improve your practice with sequencing that will challenge you and introduce intermediate postures. We will finish the practice with deep hip openers and forward bends to feel deeply relaxed for savasana.
