Musical Lunchbox: Flute Cake

Flute Cake is a trio of flautists with a large repertoire of classical
compositions and contemporary music.

Sophie Brewer received scholarships to specialist music schools. She studied
music at the University of Exeter and is principal flute for Exeter Symphony
Orchestra.

Devon-born Ruth Molins has performed as a soloist with Exeter Symphony
Orchestra.  She has also been featured on BBC Radio 3 as well as local radio
stations.. She teaches at Exeter School and elsewhere.

Jennifer Campbell is musical instrument repairer and is Flute Cake’s
arranger.  She also plays the clarinet, saxophone and oboe.
